Phyllis F. Bauer
, 80, a resident at Ridgmont Assisted Living, Ridgway and formerly of 126 Penn Road, St. Marys, died on Thursday morning, March 8, 2012 at DuBois Regional Medical Center.
She was born August 30, 1931 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Marion and Leona Fritz Ford.
On June 21, 1952 in St. Marys Church, she married the late Clarence "Lefty" Bauer, who preceded her in death on September 22, 2009.
Mrs. Bauer was a member of St. Marys Church and had also been an active member of the Elk County Republican Party. She enjoyed poetry, crossword puzzles and watching old movies. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Phyllis F. Bauer will be celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Frank Black, as Celebrant.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Phyllis F. Bauer will be celebrated at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Church Street, St. Marys, on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Frank Black, as Celebrant.
Burial will be in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation
will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home, 151 N. Michael St., St. Marys on Friday evening from 5-8 PM.
