Mary Ann Gregory

Mary Ann Gregory , 83, of 141 Muenster Road, St. Marys, died on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born on July 28, 1931, in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Albert and Julia Breindel Frey.

On October 12, 1964 in St. Marys Church, she married Robert A. Gregory , who preceded her in death on April 23, 2004.

Mary Ann was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of St. Marys Church, where she was also a member of the Rosary Altar Society.  She graduated in 1949 from Central High School.  Early on, she had worked at Speer Carbon Company for a number of years.  She enjoyed playing cards and gardening.  She also enjoyed puzzles, sewing, and most of all, her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Norbert Frey, Mark Frey, Joseph Frey and Raymond Frey in infancy

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Ann Gregory will be celebrated on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Marys Church, Church St., St. Marys with Rev. Alfred Patterson, OSB, officiating.
Interment will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the St. Marys Church or to the Community Nurses.
