Marie L. Boroi

Marie L. Boroi , 84, of 340 Coal Hollow Road, Kersey, died peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 2, 1933, in Toby, a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Giacomino DeBarba Cavallett.

On October 1, 1955 in Guardian Angel Church in Coal Hollow, she married Richard E. Boroi, who preceded her in death on January 12, 2002.

Marie was a member of Toby United Methodist Church and had worked at Stackpole years ago.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary Ann (Sam) Nichols of St. Marys, Cathy Swanson of Ridgway, and Barb (Joe) Buerk of St. Marys.  She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Marco "Mike" Cavallett, Walter Cavallett, Oliver Cavallett and by two brothers in infancy, and by a sister, Theresa Clark.

Funeral Services for Marie L. Boroi will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Lynch-Green Funeral Home with Rev. Karen Trask, officiating.
Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Toby United Methodist Church.
