Lloyd A. Nelson

Lloyd A. Nelson , 42, of 124 Robin Road, St. Marys, died unexpectedly on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at his home following a massive heart attack.

He was born on December 23, 1973, in St. Marys, a son of  Larry and Gloria Eozzo Nelson, who survive of St. Marys.

Lloyd was a graduate of SMAHS, class of 1991, and a member of Queen of the World Church.  An avid outdoorsman, he greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was a certified welder and was excellent at what he did.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, and he loved and adored his daughter, Serenity, who was the light and love of his life.  He also left behind his beloved dogs, Mutley and Gidget.

In addition to his parents, Larry and Gloria Eozzo Nelson, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Serenity Sherry of St. Marys.  He is also survived by a brother, Jason Nelson of St. Marys, as well as by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Helmer and Elizabeth Nelson, and by his maternal grandparents, James and Esther Eozzo.

A Memorial Service for Lloyd A. Nelson will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016, at 2:00 PM at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home with Rev. Ross Miceli officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the start of the service.
