Kathy L. Predko

Kathy Lou Predko, 75, of Ridgway, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born on June 5, 1951, Kathy was the daughter of the late Clifton W. Johnston and Marjorie Gahr-Rubino.

She married her loving husband, Joseph Predko, in 2000 and together they shared 26 wonderful years of marriage.

Kathy worked for many years at SGL Carbon. She was a devoted wife, mom and was lovingly known as Grandma CoCo. She took pride in helping and caring for her family. Her hobbies included watching the bird in her yard every summer, planting flowers, and elaborately decorating her yard for the holidays for the neighborhood to enjoy. She was a stellar cook, and baking, in particular, was her craft.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters. Melissa (William) Feronti and Susan (Will Taylor) Filer, as well as many grandchildren: Bill Feronti Jr., Corey Feronti, Jamie Arigoni, Shaila Korzenski, Koty Gorske, Taylor Feronti, Jamie Elmquist, Mollie Taylor, Evalene Taylor, and Layne Taylor, and many great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Anthony "Tony" Perry.

A Memorial Service for Kathy L. Predko will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Krise Funeral Home, 130 Center Street, Ridgway, PA, 15853, with Deacon Larry Caggeso officiating.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Krise Funeral Home from 10:00 until the time of services.
