James C. "Duffy" Haberberger
, 82, formerly of 1050 S. Michael Road, died Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
He was born June 5, 1928 in St. Marys, a son of the late Fred and Margaret Friedl Haberberger.
On October 4, 1956 in Queen of the World Church, he married Anna Mae Lecker Haberberger, who survives.
Mr. Haberberger was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of Queen of the World Church. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He retired after 48 years from Straub Brewery where he was a brewmaster. He enjoyed hunting, i
