Harry A. Carlson

Harry A.  "Butch" Carlson, 74, of Ridgway, died unexpectedly Saturday, January 29, 2022, at his residence.

He was born March 6, 1947, in Ridgway, a son of the late Russell and Alice Day Carlson.

Harry went to St. Marys High School and was a lifelong resident of the area. He loved talking and spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching the Raiders, NASCAR, and fishing.

Harry is survived by his son, Chad (Samantha) Carlson of Ridgway, a daughter, Lesley Modaffare (Elvis Smith) of Ridgway, 4 grandchildren: Derek, Damon, Jacob, Dallas, 4 great grandchildren, and his former wife Donna Carlson. He is also survived by his cat, Hazel.

Funeral services for Harry A. Carlson will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 6:00 PM at Krise Funeral Home, 130 Center Street, Ridgway, Pa 15853.

Family and friends will be received from 5:00 PM until the time of service.

Burial will be in Earlyville Cemetery.
