Bruno D. Pelleschi

Bruno D. Pelleschi, 87, of Bennett Road, St. Marys, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Elk Haven Nursing Home following a brief illness.
He was born on May 2, 1938 in Dagus Mines, PA, a son of the late Dennis and Ermida Agosti Pelleschi.

On June 14, 1958, he married Verna Wehler Pelleschi, who preceded him in death on January 28, 2022. Together they were blessed with more than 63 years of marriage.

Bruno was a graduate of Kersey High School, and a lifelong member of St. Marys Church. He served in the US Army National Guard, and retired from PennDOT after many years of dedicated service. An avid hunter and fisherman, Bruno could also be found tending to his garden. Years ago, Bruno was a proud and active member of the Young Democrats.

He is survived by one daughter; Kimberly Sanchez and her husband Cesar of Fresno, CA; and by his four beloved grandsons; Dominic, Matthew, Andrew, and Alexander Sanchez.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Bruno D. Pelleschi will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Marys Church, 315 Church Street, St. Marys, PA 15857 with Fr. Ignatius Camello, OSB, as celebrant.

Military Honors will be accorded by the St. Marys Servicemen's Burial Detail.

Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 10:30 until 11:30 AM.
